Shipping policy

  1. Delivery timeliness
    All orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays).
    Special customized items or pre-sale items may take additional time. For details, please refer to the product page description.
    After shipment, you will receive an email notification containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the package through the link in the email.
  2. Delivery range and cost
    Within Canada: Free shipping (or specify the exact shipping policy, such as free shipping for orders over $XX).
    International orders: Support delivery to some countries/regions. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the destination, and customs duties/import taxes are borne by the buyer.
  3. Logistics partner
    We cooperate with reliable logistics partners such as Canada Post and UPS to ensure transportation safety. Delivery to remote areas may be delayed by 1 to 3 days.
  4. Delay and Force majeure
    Extreme weather, holiday peaks or supply chain issues may cause delays. We will notify you promptly by email.
    If the order is not dispatched within 30 days of delay, you can choose to cancel it and receive a full refund.
  5. Returns, exchanges and undelivered packages
    If the package is not delivered within 60 days after shipment (within Canada), please contact the customer service team:

    Returns and exchanges must comply with the conditions stipulated in the “Return and Exchange Policy”. In case of transportation damage, please provide photos as proof within 48 hours after signing for the goods.
